1 Acceptance of Terms

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one 564bd account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, devices, or any other means of circumventing this restriction — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 564bd will close the additional accounts and may void all bets, bonuses, and winnings associated with them. The original account may also be subject to review.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

564bd may require you to complete an identity verification process ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any stage. 3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Login Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 564bd login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. 564bd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to protect your account.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

3.3 Account Currency

All 564bd accounts operate in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All deposit amounts, bonus values, wagering requirements, bet stakes, winnings, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in BDT. 564bd does not currently support multi-currency account balances.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 564bd reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. The fee will not reduce your account balance below zero.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Standard withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed the same day when submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawals to other payment methods may take up to three business days. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit, or to a verified payment method on file.
• 564bd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to a different person.
• 564bd reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

4.4 Transaction Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are accurate. 564bd is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect payment information supplied by the user. Any payment processing fees charged by your bank or mobile financial service provider are your responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional rewards offered by 564bd are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. These include but are not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. 5.3 One Bonus at a Time

5.4 Bonus Abuse

5.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date, typically expressed as a number of days from the date of claim. Any bonus funds and associated pending winnings that have not been cleared through wagering by the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

A bet is considered accepted and binding once confirmed by the 564bd system and a bet receipt is issued with a unique bet ID. Bets placed on markets that have already closed, or on events that have already started (unless live/in-play betting is explicitly available), will be voided and stakes returned.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet submission are the odds that will apply to your bet, subject to system acceptance.

6.3 Voided Bets

564bd reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not reach a result; obvious pricing errors or technical faults affected the odds at the time of placement; evidence of match manipulation or result irregularity exists; or the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-event winnings across all sports markets are subject to limits set by 564bd. These limits vary by sport, market, and event significance. 564bd reserves the right to limit bet stakes or winnings payable to any individual account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide justification.

12 Limitation of Liability

13 Suspension & Termination

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any fraudulently obtained amounts or bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the user via their last verified payment method. Bonus balances, free bet credits, and winnings derived from bonus abuse or prohibited conduct will be forfeited in full.
